Role Overview

We are seeking an ACT Substance Use Disorder Specialist to provide integrated substance use treatment services to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders within a multidisciplinary, community-based team.

What You Will Do

Provide substance use screening, assessment, and ongoing treatment, deliver evidence-based interventions, support development and implementation of integrated treatment plans, and provide individual and group SUD services in community settings.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle, and be able to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • High school degree or GED equivalent
  • Chemical Dependency Licensed in the state of Ohio as a CDCA, LCDC II, LCDC III
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage
  • Ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment
  • Ability to maintain high-speed internet connection
