Role OverviewWe are seeking an ACT Substance Use Disorder Specialist to provide integrated substance use treatment services to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders within a multidisciplinary, community-based team.
What You Will Do
Provide substance use screening, assessment, and ongoing treatment, deliver evidence-based interventions, support development and implementation of integrated treatment plans, and provide individual and group SUD services in community settings.

Requirements
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- Chemical Dependency Licensed in the state of Ohio as a CDCA, LCDC II, LCDC III
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions
- A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle
- An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage
- Ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment
- Ability to maintain high-speed internet connection
