Job Description
Join the Pacsun Community as an Acting Part-Time Assistant Store Manager (PT ASM) in San Diego, CA. As a PT ASM, you will assist the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line sales driven, profitable and productive store location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for product, brands, fashion and trends, and be able to maintain a clean and well-organized store, promoting a safe working and shopping environment. The PT ASM will also be responsible for coaching and providing feedback on Sales Associate's performance, supporting associate engagement, and maintaining merchandise flow and presentation standards.

Requirements

  • Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills
