Role OverviewDevelops and initiates a comprehensive resident-centered Life Enrichment Program, including activity programs and club dining services. Works in conjunction with the Activity Director to develop and execute a monthly Club program calendar and Resident Daily Schedule.
What You Will Do
Educates families and staff on the benefits of Club, promotes resident participation, and maintains resident engagement in meaningful programs. Coordinates attendance at Assisted Living programs and events, and arranges for clinical assistance as needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
CNA or experience as a caregiver is preferred, and CPR and First Aid certification is required. Must hold a valid and applicable state driver's license and have a clean driving record.
