Job Description
The Programming/Activity Assistant will organize and implement programs for residents, fulfilling their basic needs and promoting self-esteem. They will support the Activity Director and develop an innovative activity program.
Requirements
High school diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and knowledge of aging and disability issues
Qualification to develop programs for elders and disabled individuals
Training and knowledge in recreational activities
Training and knowledge of Alzheimer's and related dementias
Confidentiality and ability to coordinate multiple tasks
