Job Description
As an Activities Assistant in our Memory Care Neighborhood, you’ll create engaging, purpose-driven experiences for our residents. You’ll bring joy, creativity, and meaningful connections to their daily lives.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience in activities, recreation, or group engagement (preferred, not required)
  • A creative, upbeat, and compassionate personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage others
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
