Role OverviewThe successful candidate will lead engaging, meaningful day-program activities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, planning experiences, supporting others, and working in a collaborative team environment in a supervisory capacity.
What You Will Do
Supervise and coordinate daily activity programs, plan creative, purposeful group and individual activities, provide delegation and support to Direct Support Professionals, and ensure accurate electronic documentation.

Requirements
- Compassion and respect for the individuals we support
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Minimum age of 18
- A valid driver license held for at least 3 years with a mostly clear record
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, including electronic documentation
- Some leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Experience in Day Services or a similar program in, for example, elder care
