The Activities Coordinator works directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, leading group and one-on-one recreational activities tailored to their needs, capabilities, and interests. The role involves conducting activities, implementing precautions for safety, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and maintaining curriculum binders. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
CPR and First Aid certifications
Strong attention to detail with effective communication skills
Reliable, responsible, and compassionate work ethic
