Requirements

  • Design recreation programs that meet the functional levels, needs, and interests of each resident
  • Develop and provide individual and group activities for residents
  • Hire and retain qualified, competent staff
  • Participate in fire and disaster drills
  • Maintain current skills and knowledge through continuing education
