Job Description
The Activities Director will lead and grow a dynamic Activities team, design and deliver a well-rounded therapeutic activities program, and partner with clinical and marketing teams to support community engagement and census growth.
Requirements
Lead and grow a dynamic Activities team — hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating assistants
Design and deliver a well-rounded therapeutic activities program across all shifts, including evenings and weekends
Facilitate monthly Resident Council meetings and champion resident voice
Manage the facility volunteer program from recruitment through recognition
Partner with clinical and marketing teams to support community engagement and census growth
Complete assessments, care plans, and documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
