Job Description
The Activities Director will lead and grow a dynamic Activities team, design and deliver a well-rounded therapeutic activities program, and partner with clinical and marketing teams to support community engagement and census growth.

Requirements

  • Lead and grow a dynamic Activities team — hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating assistants
  • Design and deliver a well-rounded therapeutic activities program across all shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Facilitate monthly Resident Council meetings and champion resident voice
  • Manage the facility volunteer program from recruitment through recognition
  • Partner with clinical and marketing teams to support community engagement and census growth
  • Complete assessments, care plans, and documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
  • Celebrate holidays, milestone events, and daily wins in meaningful ways
