Role OverviewPlan, implement, and evaluate activity programs for residents at Silver Memories Healthcare, promoting engagement and quality of life. Work with the interdisciplinary team to develop resident-centered programs.
What You Will Do
Plan and schedule activities, assess and monitor residents' needs, encourage participation, and document updates in PCC. Collaborate with nursing supervisors and facilitate Resident Council meetings.

Requirements
- Activity Director Certified (ADC) credential through the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals (NCCAP)
- Experience in long-term care or senior living
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
