Role OverviewAs a full-time Activities Director, you will plan, implement, supervise, and evaluate activities designed to meet the interests and needs of residents at Holy Cross House. You will develop care plans, create opportunities for engagement, and foster a sense of community. You will oversee activity programming, recruit volunteers, and track volunteer service hours.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include planning and implementing activities, developing care plans, recruiting and scheduling volunteers, and tracking volunteer service hours. You will also oversee activity programming and ensure activities align with residents' needs and interests.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for an Activities Director who has 3+ years of related experience, a recreational therapy or occupational therapy assistant degree, and certification by the National Council for Activity Professionals. Experience working with a geriatric population is strongly preferred.

- Valid driver's license
- 3+ years of related experience
