Role OverviewGreenfield Healthcare Center seeks an energetic and creative Activities Director to manage the activities team and bring enjoyment to residents. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or a related field.
What You Will Do
Plan, develop, and evaluate activities programs, involve residents in planning, and maintain records and reports. Participate in meetings, promote positive relationships with the community, and identify needs for disciplinary action.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field
- 90 hour state-approved Indiana Activity Course
- Prior management experience
- Active driver's license with a good driving record
- Knowledge of activity practices, standards of practice, and laws and regulations
