Role OverviewThe Activity Assistant is responsible for assisting with organizing, scheduling, promoting, facilitating, and directing the activities and excursions for the Community in order to enhance the residents' independence and quality of life.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include assisting the Activity Director, developing and recruiting Community Volunteers, communicating effectively with residents and staff, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer one (1) year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors
- Requires current Class C, prefer either a Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
