Role OverviewWe are looking for a sincere and passionate individual to lead activities with our residents. The right person will also be able to drive our facility bus to assist residents in going to and from external activities.
What You Will Do
Lead activities with residents, drive facility bus to external activities, and work with seniors.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have a sincere passion to work with seniors, experience with Memory Care is a plus.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- CNA Certification
- Previous experience in a social or recreational program preferred
- Must maintain the highest level of professionalism and work well within a team environment
- Must be customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
- Must be approachable, flexible and adaptable to change
- Must have a good driving record
- Must be able to pass a Level II Background Test
- Weekend and Holiday availability is required
