Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Activities Director to lead our team in creating engaging and fulfilling experiences for our residents. The ideal candidate directs and/or carries out an activity program that is designed to meet both the individual and group needs of the residents of the facility.
What You Will Do
Plan and execute a variety of activities, including social events, outings, and entertainment programs, to promote socialization, recreation, and overall well-being among residents.

Requirements
- Completed or currently enrolled in a training course approved by the Department of Education
- Completed an approved course prior to July 1, 1994
- Registered occupational therapist or an occupational therapy assistant
- Qualified therapeutic recreational specialist
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer skills
