Role OverviewWe are seeking an Activity Director to join our team at Avantara Lake Zurich, a Skilled Nursing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and directing activity programs to meet the needs of our residents, overseeing the Activity Department, and participating in resident care conferences.
What You Will Do
The Activity Director will ensure our residents receive a high standard of care by developing new activity programs, participating in resident care conferences, and keeping up with industry trends and standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior Activity Aide and/or Activity Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- One (1) year of experience in a director or managerial role
- NCCAP Certification
