Job Description
Allegro Living is seeking a passionate Activity Director to lead life-enrichment programming in their beautiful community at Spring Arbor of Richmond. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading activities in a senior living community and be able to create meaningful moments, engage seniors, and lead a dynamic team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience leading activities in a senior living community
  • Memory Care experience highly preferred
  • Experience leading Activity Assistants strongly preferred
  • Creative, organized, and relationship-focused
  • Genuine passion for enriching the lives of seniors
  • Minimum two (2) years experience as Activity Director or Activity Assistant at an independent living, assisted living or skilled nursing community
