Job Description
We are seeking a mature, reliable Activity Assistant with a great attendance record to join our Memory Care team at Senior Resource Group-SRG in Goleta, CA. The successful candidate will lead daily activities that nourish the mind, body, and soul for residents with memory impairment.

Requirements

  • High school graduate, some college preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar senior living or memory care setting
  • Positive, upbeat attitude with strong initiative
  • Self-starter who works well independently and with a team
  • Mature, reliable, and dependable with excellent attendance
  • High energy with the physical ability to lead daily movement activities
  • High degree of personal responsibility to ensure program success
  • Ability to accompany resident on field trips off property
  • Compassionate, patient, and engaging with residents
