Job Description
The Activity Leader is responsible for assisting participants with activities of daily living (ADL), managing food service, and conducting group and individual activities. The ideal candidate will have a GED or high school diploma, two or more years of experience working with seniors and/or adults with functional impairments, and current CPR and First Aid certification.

Requirements

  • GED or high school diploma
  • Two or more years of experience working with seniors and/or adults with functional impairments
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to deal with and manage physical and cognitive impairments of participants
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and interact positively with participants and staff
  • Ability to follow instructions quickly and easily with minimal supervision
