Job Description
The Activity Specialist - Life Adjustment Program is responsible for assisting with resident engagement opportunities and activities for participants in Residential and Non-Residential program within Hilltop’s Brain Injury Services. This position assists the Resident Engagement Supervisor in organizing, promoting, and facilitating comprehensive activities and services that promote healthy, activity-enriched lifestyles for participants.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior that align with the values of Hilltop’s Life Adjustment Program
  • Organize and facilitate recreational activities for residents
  • Drive residents to and from offsite activities
  • Provide behavior management techniques in accordance with individual resident’s care plans
  • Maintain professional boundaries with all residents and maintain the dignity, confidentiality, privacy and rights of every resident
