Actuarial Analyst, Reserving

Requirements

• 1+ years of P&C actuarial experience, including hands-on work with reserving techniques
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• General knowledge of data science programming languages such as R (preferred) or Python, and proficiency in database query tools such as SQL
• A strong analytical mind, with the curiosity and communication skills to investigate and explain complex data trends to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Progress toward CAS exams is a significant plus
• Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
• Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
