Job Description
The Actuarial Analyst - Senior will support the evaluation of Blue Shield of California's value-based care models, including cost, utilization, and quality assessment, and perform data analysis using various programming languages and statistical techniques.

Requirements

  • Understanding of decision, descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytic methods
  • Experience with statistical programming languages (R, Python, SQL, SAS)
  • Ability to perform data exploration and deploy actuarial and statistical techniques
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
