Job Description
The Actuarial Associate position at Segal offers the opportunity to apply analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to develop solutions for challenging client issues. The Associate will work under the guidance of senior staff and contribute to the delivery of consulting services to diverse clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Mathematics, or related discipline
  • Actuarial exam progress with successful completion of at least one exam
  • 0-3 years of retirement plan actuarial experience in a consulting and/or insurance company environment
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Detail-orientation; organization and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency using computer software, strong attention to detail and accuracy
