Job Description
We are seeking an Actuarial Developer to design, develop, and implement actuarial business applications leveraging modern cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of software development experience in financial services, actuarial or related industries with significant Azure expertise.

Requirements

  • Contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of actuarial and financial systems with a strong emphasis on cloud-based solutions
  • Collaborate with actuaries and business stakeholders to understand critical business processes and translate them into technological solutions
  • Identify gaps and areas for improvement in business operations and optimize efficiency and customer experience through technology
  • Monitor advancements in cloud and application technologies and recommend and implement enhancements for competitive advantage
  • Ensure timely high-quality delivery of software projects and provide guidance and support to junior programmers
  • Review and enhance technology standards, processes, and best practices within the ATS group
  • Support the development of user documentation and training materials
  • Assist in the review and troubleshooting of day-to-day issues and end-user support for ATS software
