Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team of Advanced Practice Providers caring for Kidney and Liver Transplant patients at Clements University Hospital. The successful candidate will manage pre- and postoperative hospital course, discharge planning, and evaluation of consults, with a schedule of 12hr nocturnal shifts and rotating weekends.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in nursing or Physician Assistant program
  • Certification by National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants
  • Licensure by Texas Physician Assistant Board or Texas State Board of Nursing
  • Current applicable Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
