Job Description
Join the Department of Otolaryngology at UT Southwestern as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Provide inpatient and outpatient care with a patient-centered approach, multitasking, and teamwork. No call or weekend coverage.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in nursing or ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Certification by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by Texas State Board of Nursing
  • Authorization for prescriptive authority by the Texas Board of Nursing
  • Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) required if Nurse Practitioner
  • Current applicable Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association or American Red Cross Life Support certification
