Requirements

• Maintains established departmental policies and procedures
• Performs a comprehensive evaluation on each assigned patient
• Establishes a treatment plan for each patient with measurable goals
• Designs and fits adaptive devices
• Teaches patients/family skills and techniques
• Maintains appropriate documentation of patient status
• Maintains communication with physicians
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team
• Enhances professional growth and development
• Attends meetings as required
• Serves as Clinical Instructor for Physical Therapy/Therapy Assistant Students
