Role OverviewThe A&D Specialist is responsible for lead generation, A&D customer development/leadership, and gaining specifications within their assigned geographic area. They will work closely with Territory Managers and other teams to drive specifications and manage projects using Salesforce.com.
What You Will Do
The primary objective is to manage the architectural and design specification process, create awareness for the Formica brand and products, and obtain specifications for Formica's family of products. The incumbent will identify high-value projects, assist in bringing those projects to close, and educate applicators, installers, and dealers on the beneficial use of Formica branded products.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a similar discipline, and a minimum of 5 years' experience selling architecturally specified products. They should have strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, as well as knowledge of computer systems and local/ regional markets.
