Role OverviewThe Adaptive Programs Instructor will lead a variety of programs tailored to special needs children and adults, fostering an inclusive environment where participants can thrive and connect with one another. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the Basking Ridge community.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include planning and facilitating programs, collaborating with the Adaptive Programs Coordinator and/or Youth Programs Director, providing guidance and support to individuals with developmental, behavioral, and/or physical disabilities, and adapting activities to accommodate the unique needs and abilities of each participant.
