Requirements
- Maryland Education/ Licensure Requirements: All counseling candidates must have, at minimum, an Alcohol and Drug Trainee certification (ADT) through the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.
- CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LGPC, LCPC, LCADC or LICSW/LCSW preferred.
- Acceptable degrees include (but are not limited to): Social Work, Psychology, Addiction, Counseling, Human Services, Criminal Justice, and more.
