Role OverviewEstablish a candidate pool for potential part-time Adjunct Faculty positions in Adult Education at the Beaver Dam, Fond du Lac, and West Bend campuses. The roles of Adjunct Faculty are part-time positions with flexible class assignments and varying locations each term. Adjunct Faculty instructors may be assigned to teach at different sites within the Moraine Park District.
What You Will Do
Prepare for and facilitate learning in the assigned courses according to the College's core values. Establish a professional and safe learning environment. Set the classroom tone by modeling appropriate workplace skills and behavior. Maintain a positive climate for learning by performing classroom management and being aware of, monitoring, and enforcing the Student Code of Conduct.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Successful candidates must meet one of the following requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Adult Education, or Special Needs Education. Wisconsin DPI Secondary Education license in a core academic area (Math, Science, English, Social Studies) or Special Education.
