Role OverviewThe successful candidate will have an Associate degree in a related field and two years (4,000 hours) of paid work experiences related to the program(s) being taught, including one year (2,000 hours) of paid work experience that has been acquired within the past five years. The candidate will work as a part-time Adjunct Faculty on the West Bend Campus, preparing and facilitating learning in assigned courses according to the College’s core values.
What You Will Do
The candidate will establish a professional and safe learning environment, maintain a positive climate for learning, and perform classroom management. They will also maintain student confidentiality, records, and documentation as required by FERPA, submit grades within the expected time-frame, and provide timely verbal and written feedback to students.
