Job Description
Admin plays a vital role in supporting daily operations of the office by managing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office functionality.
Requirements
Administer all testing for local applicants and coordinate badging and vetting.
Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of local employees.
Maintain employee schedules.
Manage daily timekeeping entries, payroll processing, and assist with payroll-related issues.
Handle HR-related issues, communicate with corporate teams, and manage employee files.
Handle reports or information requested by Station Management.
Work on client-specific supply orders, reporting, and compliance.
Maintain strong working relationships with airline partners.
Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at the job location.
Utilize programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
