The Admin Support, Branch Billing role is critical for the proper compiling and maintaining records of business transactions and office activities of the establishment. Requirements

  • Sorts incoming branch correspondence and mail
  • Processes outgoing branch correspondence and mail
  • Assists Office Manager with payables, credit and collections
  • Maintains open and closed rental files
  • Creates specialty invoices
  • Communicates with branch team on discrepancies and pricing
  • Answers telephone and routes calls to appropriate branch personnel
  • Greets visitors and conducts them to the appropriate person
  • Maintains spreadsheets regarding invoicing and paperwork received
  • Files correspondence and other records
