Job Description
The Admin Support, Branch Billing role is critical for the proper compiling and maintaining records of business transactions and office activities of the establishment. Requirements
Sorts incoming branch correspondence and mail
Processes outgoing branch correspondence and mail
Assists Office Manager with payables, credit and collections
Maintains open and closed rental files
Creates specialty invoices
Communicates with branch team on discrepancies and pricing
Answers telephone and routes calls to appropriate branch personnel
Greets visitors and conducts them to the appropriate person
Maintains spreadsheets regarding invoicing and paperwork received
Files correspondence and other records
