Job Description
Administration Clerk responsible for creating a positive first impression, exhibiting excellent customer service, and promoting a pleasing experience when greeting and assisting Salud employees, patients, and visitors. The role involves various clerical tasks, including printing, scanning, and/or laminating documents, scheduling conference rooms, typing documents, and answering the Administration Building's main telephone line.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or GED
  • One year of front desk/customer service experience preferred
  • Fluency in English required. Spanish preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with others
  • Professionalism, demeanor, and positive attitude
