Role OverviewWe are seeking an Administration Executive Assistant to support our office operations, providing a variety of routine and occasionally some complex administrative, clerical and technical work in assistance to the County Administrator and supporting staff.

Perform day-to-day tasks necessary to ensure accurate and timely performance of duties, including preparing routine and/or non-routine letters, agenda, memoranda, forms and other correspondence.

Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Administration Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma; 5 years of qualifications in Office Administration are advantageous
