Job Description
PMI San Diego seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeping Assistant to support daily office operations, rent collection processing, invoice management, and coordination with an off-site accounting service.

Requirements

  • Administrative office experience preferred
  • Basic bookkeeping or accounting support experience preferred
  • Experience with RentVine, QuickBooks Online, or similar accounting/property management software preferred
  • Experience using CINC systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
