Role Overview

Universal Pro Care Inc. is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, employees, and community partners. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily office operations while helping ensure exceptional service delivery for individuals receiving residential and community-based support services.

What You Will Do

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, vendors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding agency services. Maintain a professional reception area and office environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
  • One or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers, desktop phones, and scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Ability to pass required background screenings
