Job Description
Administrative Assistant position at Catholic Charities of Baltimore, Gallagher Services, responsible for facilitating the efficient operation of the assigned area by performing various clerical and administrative tasks. Requirements
High School diploma or GED
Four years of experience in an administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional relational and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Foundational understanding of clerical procedures and systems
Accountability and ability to work independently
Proficiency in using computer systems and software
