Administrative Assistant position available with the City of Fort Worth IT Finance division in its Purchasing Unit, performing administrative tasks for procurement of technology and managing managed print devices.

Requirements

  • Associates degree from an accredited college with major course work in Business Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Four (4) years of clerical and administrative experience
  • Candidate selected for hire must pass a CJIS background check
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience working with PeopleSoft Financials and Procurement
