Job Description
Administrative Assistant position available with the City of Fort Worth IT Finance division in its Purchasing Unit, performing administrative tasks for procurement of technology and managing managed print devices.
Requirements
Associates degree from an accredited college with major course work in Business Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
Four (4) years of clerical and administrative experience
Candidate selected for hire must pass a CJIS background check
Experience working with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience working with PeopleSoft Financials and Procurement
