Role OverviewThis is a part-time position with a weekday schedule M-F 29 hours per week. The administrative assistant will perform a variety of duties related to routine clerical and administrative functions.
What You Will Do
Drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files/reports, timekeeping, or providing information to callers and visitors.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Two years of administrative/secretarial experience in public service, valid Georgia driver’s license, and proof of personal auto insurance; acceptable driving record.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Completion of secretarial courses in typing and/or business practices
