Job Description
The Hyatt Risk Management team is seeking a highly organized, tech-forward, and growth-oriented Risk Administrative Assistant to support the Risk Leaders and Team across a wide range of subject matters and hotel brands. This is a fast-paced, collaborative team that supports Hyatt's global hospitality business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
