The Sales Administrative Assistant will support the Sales Team at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront and Hyatt Hotels, performing general office duties and assisting with administrative tasks to execute the sales process.

Responsibilities include learning and managing digital sales systems, supporting sales team with lead entry and database updates, ensuring accurate information is in Envision, and providing administrative support through client communication and workflow projects.
