Role OverviewPerforms normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files, interviewing callers, arranging meetings, and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for grammatical usage and answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles, and reports on information relevant to supervisors' assignments. May take and transcribe dictation. Provides general administrative support for a group of ~80 engineers, designers, technicians, and analysts.
What You Will Do
Process numerous travel requests, utilize various databases to interrupt and provide results to team, manage office operations, onboard new employees, and plan events. Must display excellent communication, organizational, and ability to pivot based on changing priorities.
