Job Description
The Administrative Assistant provides support to two AmeriCorps Programs for King and Snohomish Counties. The role maintains records, processes volunteer stipends, and prepares reports for the Finance Department. The position requires high school diploma or equivalent, two years' experience as an administrative assistant, and intermediate computer skills.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two years' experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent
  • Intermediate computer skills that include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Detail orientated with math computation proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to work with older adults
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks/projects
  • Communicates effectively via phone, in person, and in writing.
  • Problem solves and works well under deadlines.
