Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant III to perform complex administrative support work in the Commission Appeals department at our main downtown location in Austin, Texas. The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and will be responsible for preparing and disseminating information, reviewing forms, and entering data into databases and Excel spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • Two years of full-time experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Experience with Windows-based PC programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience with writing, emailing, and sending correspondence
  • Experience with data entry
