Job Description
The Administrative Assistant/Clerk provides administrative, clerical, and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day business functions. This role collaborates with internal departments and team members to maintain organized workflows, accurate documentation, and effective administrative processes.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in administrative support, clerical work, or office coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
