Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant at Bohler, you'll provide essential administrative and project support to help deliver innovative land development solutions for clients in the upstate and western NY area.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of administrative experience supporting management-level staff
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Concur or CRM a plus
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
