Role OverviewThe Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Supportive Employment Coordinator and provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient daily operation of the program. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate attendance and billing records, supporting staff and members, coordinating administrative processes, and assisting with program activities while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.
What You Will Do
Maintain accurate daily member attendance, review transportation logs, provide administrative office support, create and maintain member records, prepare weekly absentee reports, and assist with new member enrollment documentation.

Requirements
- Diploma or GED
- A minimum of three to six months' previous experience
- CPR/First Aid
- Arkansas Driver's License
