Role Overview

As an Admin Assistant I at Oncor, you will provide administrative and storeroom support to Big Spring Transmission. You will help process and monitor documentation, compile data, reconcile and provide reports which maintain company records and ensure audit accountability.

What You Will Do

Process invoices, mail and correspondence, payroll, MasterCard, material requisitions, and other administrative paperwork. Assist in coordinating meetings and other activities. Perform data entry and assists in tracking/reporting information in a variety of corporate proprietary computer applications.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office products are required. Willingness to be forklift certified is required. Applicants with Transmission Operations organization work experience are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of secretarial or administrative support experience
  • Willingness to be forklift certified
  • Knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office products
